Too fragile. Cables break too easily.

I was very careful during installation given the fragile warnings in the instructions and still could not avoid breaking the wires. Installation requires wiring to run under some rocks. If you avoided breaking the wire, you're in luck.

Don't waste your money

A few lamps didn't work on arrival. The wires interfere so the lightweight bricks don't fit properly and the structure becomes unstable. Not long enough to remove the levels to set the next level lower, so one of the wires later broke under tension. Not worth the money or the hassle. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Bad experience

Overall everything is fine with some minor issues

In general I'm happy with the Brickloot sets. It has a couple of conditions that left me disappointed. As others have noted, running the lighting wires through the windows at the front of the pet shop makes attaching the 2x2 and 2x4 panels to the 1x2 jumpers below very difficult. There just isn't enough room for a good grip when the cable is routed through the center anti-bolt. I was able to solve this problem by replacing the 1x2 jumpers with 1x2 plates. Yes, that's a small flaw in the design,

Pros
  • Happy so far
