Shore - Great Customer Service & Software

The team at shore is very helpful, they make sure all of our needs are met as we work to grow our organization. They have helped us in so many ways from hiring new employees through payroll processing to helping set up an accounting system without any issues or problems! I would highly recommend this firm for your small businesses legal matters! We needed help getting started but now that it's working out well its been great having them onboard. Great Customer Service and Communication with Professionalism

I like that they are good about communicating, as well as keeping me updated throughout my process of filing for EIN's etc! They were always helpful when it came to questions regarding taxes or other compliance issues related directly to our businesses' needs/requirements. Sometimes there is lag in getting responses back from them (which can be frustrating). But if we follow up after waiting several days sometimes their response comes through more quickly than others - so just keep at 'em :)…
