Strap for one doesn't hold up, comes loose when firing. You could ignore that, but once the charger came out of the case I realized it was just plain cheap.

The watch is advertised with over 36,000 golf courses preloaded. It's easy to use and fairly accurate in terms of distance measurement. It is good for both beginners and professionals. Battery life is decent, typically lasting around 6-7 hours (enough for 18+ holes). Charging is not bad, it takes about 40 minutes. As for smartwatches, they are specifically designed for golf so only buy one if you intend to play golf regularly otherwise there are other cheaper smartwatches out there.

Tears easily at strap attachment point, plastic. The clasp also breaks easily, it's plastic too. My wife broke this G3 (and her previous G2) at the point where the strap meets the case. The band is not attached to the case with spring pins like a regular watch, but with screws because the band has an antenna (NFC I think)! The clasp is also broken, but I was able to replace it with a metal clasp from another group. And the postal service they use to keep the loose end of the strap from flapping
