This shredder is as quiet as my old shredder that broke. I even leave it running at night when my kids are asleep and clueless. The only thing that doesn't bother me is that it cuts the papers into strips, so I can only put papers in the machine one way, otherwise someone could read my personal information. I recommend.

I've been using this shredder for a few months now and it does a great job with small amounts of paper. I made a mistake and forgot to turn it off when I emptied the recycle bin and it stopped working. Bonsaii customer service responded to my email immediately and resolved the issue. Inside is a safety switch that can be reset and will work again. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

A little louder than expected. The floor is relatively small. I'm constantly removing scraps before I'm done shredding my documents. However, this works fine. It has a built in card shredder which came in very handy as I had to shred over 30 cards at once. It can take up to six pages, if you type 8 it will definitely get stuck. Actually, I should have bought a larger paper shredder, but this one is enough. I give 7 out of 10.

Really check the sizes. This paper shredder has a small waste basket. A little noisy. It shreds multiple sheets of paper, business cards, CDs, etc, as advertised. It gets a bit overheated after about 30 minutes, so you'll have to stop and let it cool down. Bottom line, if you're shredding small papers or mail once or twice a day, it's fine, but if you have a big project or mountains of stuff to shred, then you should definitely invest in a more durable machine.

I urgently needed a cheap paper shredder and ordered it without much searching, except that it arrived the same day. And it works fine. Except that if I did some research I would find that it doesn't cross the article. You end up with long, thin strips of shredded paper that are pretty easy to glue together. I wouldn't recommend it if you have really delicate stuff. The bin is also quite small so you have to empty it quite often.

The shredder works well and seems pretty solid so far. Just a few things worth mentioning. The hopper is relatively small and being a strip shredder it fills up quickly so plan on emptying it frequently. As soon as the pages go through the shredder it will stop which is normal except when you need to empty the bin the pages you just shredded get stuck in the blades because they weren't completely removed. This requires the extra step of emptying the bin and running the shredder again to empty…

I originally ordered the Chopper S-120C but the heat has left the chopper with a thick sticky substance on the left side and top of the chopper. The chopper worked great and I just covered the sticky side with plastic from the basket cover. I told Bonsaii about it and they asked if I would mind if they replaced the sticky grinder with another grinder for free and I ended up with a C234-B grinder which arrived in about 3 days. They didn't want me to return the original shredder I bought. Best…
