Shampoo is not the formula it should be. It should be milky white in color and foam slightly when washed. This bottle I purchased was in a clear formula and the shampoo does not foam or smell like a previous purchase of the same product.

This is not a Shu shampoo. Shu Uemura Color Luster Shampoo has a pearly white color. The presented shampoo is transparent with a yellow tint. Also, the shampoo that came with it was very drying to my hair and made it look like straw. That the product was fake only came to light after I bought the real product at the salon!

I have ordered this product twice to get the picture. Both times I just used the conditioner. There is no shampoo in the package! That sounds like a fraudulent practice to me!

It's very expensive but I think it helped extend the life of my color done by a stylist who uses other She Umeara products in the salon has used. I don't hate the smell, but cheap shampoos smell 100 times better. It's just a mediocre product. I'm glad I tried it, but I won't buy it again.
