Best brushes, soft, bristles do not fall out even after many years. Outperforms MAC brushes at a fraction of the cost. I have many daughters (one is a beautician) and this is the third set we have purchased after trying many brands. Now I'm sticking with Sigma.

I bought this set mainly because of the case it comes in. I travel every weekend and it's perfect for packing brushes. I don't like the big tube that comes with the original kit but this one is perfect. The brush is very good, especially the foundation and blender brushes. However, I don't like the slanted contour brush because it's a bit thin and smells awful. Doesn't feel like a quality brush compared to others. This set of brushes is soft and lasts well. The only drawback is the travel bag. You have to turn the brushes upside down or the top will pull the bristles down when you put them on. The case also doesn't work well if you've added other Sigma brushes to it.

The hair on the hands is thin and coarse. They are true to size but the quality is poor. I have the regular sized brushes from Sigma and the small travel shadow brush that I got as a gift and they compare to MAC but they aren't. I will use them when I need them because I threw away the packaging and can't return it but wouldn't buy again.

I ordered this item for my daughter, at first I thought they were expensive for a set but when everyone thought about it they are not. The brushes came in their own pouch that fits in a larger makeup bag. The picture does not convey the brushes, they look much nicer live. The wooden part of the brush is black with a silver tinge, well made, my daughter just cleans the brushes with warm soapy water and lets them air dry.
