Wrong case and no return!

I thought I would buy a cameo silhouette cover, but I got a portrait cover. I went back and he says it's non-refundable! It was not mentioned anywhere when purchasing the item. Looking at the reviews, I noticed that several other buyers also received the wrong case. I don't know what to make of this, but now I have a useless shell.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Excellent quality: scrapbooking and stamping

Excellent quality, very thick material and fits perfectly on my typewriter. Not only does it keep dust out, but it also keeps me from worrying about my car if something spills or drips on it. even after washing it has kept its quality, the seams are good and strong, even after almost a year it has not started to wear out or tear.

Pros
  • Always popular
Cons
  • Compatibility

Attached lid.

If less, it must be made of spandex. However, they didn't leave any room for cords, so it's a bit uncomfortable to sit on. That's why God created scissors and sewing machines to make it possible for those of us who want to "get things right." The deep navy looks almost like denim and doesn't offend my masculine sensibilities. If you have one of these small portraits, you should really look for a cover. (As Silhouette sees fit NOT to include it).

Pros
  • Scrapbooking and stamping
Cons
  • Expensive

Well made, looks good, wrong size

One star off if you send me a cameo cover instead of a portrait cover, but I can use it on another printer so I'm keeping it it. (You must have mislabeled some of them. The large product label clearly says 'Cameo', but the bag has an additional smaller label that says 'Portrait'.) Quality heavy canvas sleeve. I like it. One thing I don't understand is the small stretchy sleeve near the top left back corner of the cover. what is for what

Pros
  • Tools and supplies
Cons
  • Only available in black

Well made and well worth the price

I decided on a cover for my portrait after noticing the plastic was starting to turn yellow while lying on the windowsill (oops!) . For the price this is a great investment in protecting your machine. The cover is a durable canvas that can be easily washed off if necessary. All seams are double stitched (like jeans seams) so I can't imagine ever having to buy another one. My only minor complaint is that the only color option is grey. I liked the teal they had for the big cars.

Pros
  • Die cut and embossed
Cons
