I followed the instructions exactly - and one time the transfer material on the shirt tore so much that I had to resew the second shirt. cracked and parts of the shirt fell off. Ultimately I used the Avery transfer material next time and still used my Silhouette Cameo to cut it out and it came out perfect - no cracks or chips!

It definitely takes some practice and getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it can really take a project to the next level. I would definitely say that printing and then cutting is definitely not for things that will be worn and washed multiple times. The first silhouette product I didn't like. I had no problems with printing or cutting, but when I tried to weed it, the white mass turned to powder and spread everywhere. Then when I ironed it, the backing paper didn't come off! I was finally able to release the part and it messed up the translation part. This product is terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. On my Cricut. The 1st sheet was wasted because the printer ink ran out (my fault) 2nd sheet was cut first with Cricut I used the setting for hot melt on vinyl (there was no recommendation on the box) put in machine settings just how to put it in the printer and actual instructions for use).
