I use these cups for all my massages. They're especially good for people who don't like banks. I managed to turn can haters into can lovers. The suction power is excellent and the small size fits well on the palms, soles of the feet and hard-to-reach areas of the neck.

I have 2 sets of these mugs. They are perfect for odd shaped areas, bony areas and STOP! Easy to use, more comfortable for clients/patients than rigid static cups but just as effective. Perfect for a Pin and Move therapy session as they stay in place. It is easy to use on yourself and can be worn while doing housework. They move with you. Highly recommended.

Just received silicone vacuum massage cups. This was a great purchase for me. I have reviewed these mugs on different websites and I think it was the best buy. I liked that it comes with 12 cups and they need different sizes. I've used them on my back, some on the sides of my legs, and some on my face. They worked great.
