Perfect for cakes! I use it for muffins, egg bites, and brownies. Easy to clean but I would recommend a perforated baking sheet. Or even on an alignment cookie sheet. baked just a minute longer.

They're great because they're SUPER non-stick! However, they are extremely flexible. The lower anchor does not affect anything. Putting it on the cookie tray solves the problem. I recommend placing it on the cookie tray before filling the cups as transferring a completed form is a nightmare.

Ideal for egg muffins. Easy to clean, they popped out right away. You will need to line a baking sheet when you put them in and take them out of the oven. That's common sense. It's silicone, it should be flexible. He will bow. When it's full, it will bend more. Use sensible people.

If you don't put a baking sheet underneath, you'll be following in my footsteps and spilling cake batter all over the kitchen. Both sides came out clean, making them safe to use without non-stick spray.
