Description of Silicone Wathai 100X100X1Mm Heatsink Thickness

100x100x1mm Thermal conductive pad; Thermal Conductivity: 1.5(W/m-k); Color: Blue; Weight:19.8g or 0.7oz. Thermal Pad is an upgraded version of the thermal grease Paste, good thermal conductivity, Soft a little sticky, super electrical insulation, it can be arbitrarily cut size. it has good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties, good stability, wide use of temperature,in -40 °C -200 °C range does not melt. You can according to the size of the gap between the heating element and the heat sink to select the appropriate thickness of the thermal silica Pad, the size of the self-cutting.

Thermal pad used for GTX 1080 classified

I bought a used GTX 1080 off eBay and it would have knocked me out at 83 degrees. I investigated the issue and found that a thermal pad is needed and evga is no longer giving them out. So I bought this element and installed it in the recesses of the radiator. And luckily for me it now reaches 94 degrees without jerks. Dude my card works so I bought another one for the sli setup. I also updated the dual bios from the nvidia website before installing the thermal pad.

Pros
  • 100 x 100 x 1 mm thermal pad; Thermal conductivity: 1.5 (W/mK); Colour blue; Weight: 19.8 g or 0.7 ounces
Cons
  • Not sure

Does what it should.

I have an old laptop from 2011, I put 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD in it, it helped a lot, but the processor slowed down. I found a quad-core i7 from that era and bought it used, but it didn't work in the laptop, hit temperature limits very quickly and shut down. I tried "quality" thermal paste and it just didn't work. So I decided to try this, well it worked. I've also used it on an nVidia graphics chip and motherboard chipset controller. It works. There are no more problems with heating, I recommend.

Pros
  • thermal pad is an upgraded version of thermal paste, good thermal conductivity, soft, slightly sticky, super electrical insulation, it can be cut at will.
Cons
  • will be added later

Perfectly suitable for thermal replacement on Gamecube

I bought these to replace 18 year old thermal pads on my GPU and Gamecube CPU. In truth, the stock pads were still in great shape, but I cleaned the inside of the console anyway, so I figured changing the pads wouldn't hurt. I chose pads with a thickness of 2 mm. The bearing pads were about 1.5mm. But to be on the safe side, I chose 2 mm. They worked great. The pads are easy to cut, sticky enough to stay in place but can be adjusted if needed. These are not self-adhesive pads but due to their…

Pros
  • You can choose the appropriate thickness of the thermal silica gasket, the size of the self-tapping screw, according to the size of the gap between the heating element and the radiator.
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others
