Purchased for my wife (she loves it!), so I'll share her description:Beautiful heart shaped locket in rose gold color with 22 inch chain. The product photo shows a matte finish but it actually has a shiny and smooth finish, very pretty. Came with custom inscription (printed not engraved) and a custom photo. The locket is only 6cm so the photo is very small too.It's also very light and delicate so time will tell if the hinges hold up.

I had a hard time deciding to give a 3 or 4 star rating. My daughter asked for a locket with her grandma's in it for her birthday. I found this and discovered that it wouldn't be here until Feb 3rd I believe. But if I paid an additional $40 I could have it between Jan. 19-23( I placed the order January 10). The photo I chose was place nicely. The words are written in white ink only and it does not rub off I scratched it a couple of times and nothing came off which was good. The locket metal is alright and the necklace chain is good. It comes with a blue navy box that has a blue cloth to clean it. The material looks decent enough my mom loved it so i guess it's okay to buy for temporary purposes until you get a real one lol. My bad for the bad photos taken. It is small but it’s not too small where you can’t make out what it is. I got it for my boyfriend his dad passed away and he been wearing it everyday since i gave it to him I love it! It does well in this Mississippi heat no rusting or anything and the picture is so crisp the engravings are legible! It’s a sweet gift to give a loved one or significant other !

Wore mine for about half a year straight with no issues - still looks just as beautiful as the day I got it. Hard to open if you have really really really short nails like I do but honestly not a problem. I will genuinely always love this piece.

I gave it to my daughter who is getting married in June this way she can have both of her deceased grandparents with her. The customizable photo feature may not be easily accessible for those who are not technologically savvy.

I really love these. I plan on ordering more for family gifts. Great quality. The pictures inside turned out great. Clear and centered. The engraving was just what I wanted. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get so order with plenty of time to wait. But it is well worth the wait.

I don't usually do reviews but I gotta do it for this one. I've bought my wife a few lockets and this is by far the best one! The outside is rose gold, smooth, shinny, elegant and eye catching! Inside it has very clean custom engraved text I selected with the picture I uploaded. They also added something like a hard plastic to protect the picture. Well worth the money!
