Lightweight well fitting water boots with good grip

Bought for a trip to Cancun. They fit well and the sole is thick enough to walk in quite comfortably. They were great for parks as they dry fairly quickly but still have good grip. The insoles came off the second day and kept clumping, so I took them out. Much less comfortable without them, although they are quite thin hence I'm deducting a star. All water shoes I've had with insoles have had the insoles removed and these lasted at least 2 full days of hard walking and swimming and are still…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

Great for river adventures

We bought several pairs of these models in different variations for a family outing. We knew we were going to be tubing and we needed something to protect our feet on the river. They were perfect and of a much better quality than those sold at the outpost. We were happy to bring our own. The bottom is durable yet flexible, and the fabric offers protection but stretches for comfort. The laces on the laces make it quick and easy to adjust the fit and get them on and off. When we got home we…

Disgusting size

Looks great; Brutal sizer. I read dozens of reviews to determine the best order size. Some reviews said to order larger, some smaller and some normal size. I ordered what was listed as 10.5w/9.5m as I usually have a 9.5 or 10 depending on the shoe. On the packaging they are listed as "41". Euro size 4 = 8 in US; In China 41 = 7. Shoes are too small for me. There are much bigger problems in the world, but this is frustrating. I have no idea what actual size to order even if I wanted to return it

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers

  • No

Just what we needed

I bought these water shoes for my husband and ended up buying a pair in my size. The fit is as expected and they are the perfect combination of comfort and support. We use them for kayaking, but they are also great for swimming or other water sports. In the photo they look almost like tennis shoes, but they are more flexible and a little thinner than expected. It was perfect for what we were looking for, but if you're looking for something that's walkable or offers more support I'd recommend…

  • Durable surface

Comfortable water shoes

These water shoes are comfortable both in the sea and on land. I recently visited Hawaii and my hotel was about a 10 minute walk from Waikiki Beach. I've worn these water shoes to and from the beach and in between in the water. They were still comfortable after seawater and sand entered them. They were stiff enough to protect my feet from sharp rocks in the ocean, but weren't overly stiff and difficult to take off like other water shoes I've tried. The lower part of the sole is the rigid part…

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • Can't remember

I'm glad they fit.

I ordered this particular brand because it came in a size 11.5 instead of an 11-12. Chinese size is 34 which I think is metric. Anyway, I'm satisfied. I wanted something to wear when I put on my white elastomer coated roof here in Hawaii. Of course, non-slip shoes are important when working on a wet roof covered in mold and mildew. These soles have lots of flexible ribs that should provide good traction. Believe it or not, these shoes aren't easy to find even in Hawaii, so Revain was a great…

But will they last? (Product Quality - Verification after 6 weeks)

I have been wearing these shoes for 6 weeks now and walk in creeks 4-5 days a week 2-3 hours a day. The Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina are rocky bottom streams. How are they preserved? Honestly about what I expected. The first thing I want to say is that these shoes will most likely tear or fray in the material before ripping the stitching. My main concern was the soles and the connection with the material, but in general it wasn't a problem. Thin fabric is more associated with…
