Description of 🍽️ Simax Clear Glass Rectangle Roaster Pan with Lid: Fat-Free Cooking Made Easy – Durable Borosilicate Glass – Microwave and Dishwasher Safe – 3 Qt Oblong Baking Dish, Made in Europe

SERVING MADE SIMPLE: With this oven-to-table-to fridge-to microwave dish, you can serve directly in the baking pan without compromising on style or safety. Clear glass makes an attractive presentation, and the shock-resistant borosilicate glass will not shatter from the temperature change. FAT FREE FOR HEALTHY COOKING: This baking dish features raised ridges, so your food is sitting above the grease and not in it. It’s so much healthier, and it tastes better, too! It’s great for cooking meatloaf, steaming vegetables, and so much more. TIGHT FITTING LID: The cover fits tightly over the pan, creating an effect similar to that of a Dutch oven, just without all that maintenance. Makes for excellent slow cooking at lower temperatures – and the dimples distribute moisture for even basting. Cover doubles as a small baking dish. MADE IN EUROPE: This glass casserole is manufactured in the Czech Republic, so you can rest assured that you will receive a quality product that will last for years. Simax dishes and pans do not absorb odors or flavors, and you do not need to worry about nasty chemicals making their way into your food. Cadmium and Lead-free bakeware. EASY COOK AND STORE: Casserole can withstand temperatures between 572° and -40° Fahrenheit (300°/-40° Celsius). Use it to cook your food and then place the leftovers in the fridge or freezer for convenient storage. Casserole holds 3.3 quarts and lid holds another 2.4 quarts. Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Good product for kitchen and dining room

Will not explode in oven; Used five times for a few things and a preheated oven. It's not as big as expected, but fits a large chicken well. Baking without chemicals, m, I'm happy with that. PLEASE MAKE A MUCH LARGER TURKEY VERSION!

Pros
  • Bakeries and casseroles
Cons
  • Requires outlet

BIG BAKER best in kitchen and dining room

My mother-in-law had a 1940's casserole dish that I now own. The fear that it might break and one day it might break and I wouldn't have a replacement was the trigger that led me to look for a casserole dish that could do the job. So this lid baker was an experiment and a WINNER. My son-in-law asked me to make homemade baked beans (for 20 family members). I used this dish. My husband really loves liver with onions while my mom and I cook and it turned out tender and melted in your mouth. I was…

I work with glass and I know that borosilicate glass is the best glass for high temperature cooking and many other uses. Pyrex used to be made out of borosilicate but I'm told the company changed hands and they don't use it anymore, they use poor quality glass and that's why people say it broke. and smooth edges. The pieces fit together perfectly and the lid can be used for cooking or serving. I like the depth of the bottom so you can put a lot of food in without worrying about spilling as all…
