I ordered this tablet. Received, charged and started following the setup instructions. Once turned on, it displayed the Simbans name on the splash screen and then restarted. I assumed it was part of the initial setup, so I waited. The tablet restarted continuously for 4 hours. I was finally able to close it. Customer support for this product is provided via email only. let's talk about the bad first. Crappy speakers. Even with headphones, the volume is very poor. They said a screen protector came pre-installed but I can't see where it is. When I get permanent scratches on the screen, I'm very disappointed, to say the least. The battery life seems to be very good. I like it. The tablet arrived in perfect condition, fully charged. Does what it's supposed to do, but is a bit slow at times. But with drawing (which I bought it for) it works fine. Smaller line sizes might lag a bit, but as an aspiring comic artist on a budget, I'm glad I bought this tablet. Great for what it was made for. However, you need to update a few things to make it fully functional. The stylus has the LOWEST pressure sensitivity (I don't mind) and the screen protector is a little awkward to put on. (It's slightly larger than the screen, so it won't lay flat unless clipped.) I didn't get my first tablet and had to buy it again and it's not Revain's fault. This tablet is amazing. I bought this for my 14 year old daughter and she loves it! This is perfect for any artist! My only complaint is that if the stylus breaks and the battery in the stylus dies, it's almost impossible to replace. Requires (hard to find) AAAA battery. You should therefore order replacement AAAA batteries when purchasing this tablet.

I received this tablet today and so far everything has been fine. It works as it should, and while it's just a regular tablet with an art stamp stamped on it and a drawing app preinstalled, it gets the job done and that's enough for me.
