The fact that I don't have papers all over my floor/s or desk area, it keeps me organized because everything's in one place! My log has helped keep track of what exercises are completed during each session so far this week - very easy for any fitness newbie like myself who loves details :) It takes some time getting used too but once you do (like with anything), there isn't much dislike as such anymore ;) Would highly recommend taking advantage of free trial if interested at least 1-2β¦
