Sindup is very easy to use, and it's free! They have many useful tools that are great for keeping track of your social media activities. I like how they keep my profile up-to-date with all my social networks. The only thing I dislike about Sindup is that if you don't want to share something from one network, you have to go through every single network to delete it.
