The instructions are terrible and I can't figure out how to get it to work. It keeps blocking me. I'll go to the website to see if they can help.

Crap watch strap, even worse customer service

The watch strap design is shabby and the customer service is smug. The buckle fell apart on the first use and the response from the support team was a watch buckle repair video. Strange. The buckle bends easily - poor design and cheap materials. Made in China a piece of nettle. Looking for something offline so I can come back as I need it available for my 87 year old. now old dad. Grrrrr.
