Smooth very sharp scissors

I love these Singer scissors - in fact I am ordering two more pairs. It works very smoothly and the blades are sharp-sharp-sharp - just what I needed for cross stitching and the size of the scissors is perfect.

Perfect little scissors

Perfect little scissors! Sharp as a razor. They help satisfy my passion for making pom poms, but in a good way. These are short pieces, so you won't need them to cut long pieces of fabric. But for small, sharp, clean cuts. It's perfect! Plus a lot cheaper than Michaels or Hobby Lobby.

Great scissors when you need to get into those hard to reach places

Many scissors don't cut straight at the tip. Do these. I bought these to trim the fine, silky fur between my dog's paw pads. They easily cut off just a few fibrous pieces. Even though they're so sharp, they're actually safer because I can only pluck a few hairs, and they're sharp enough to cut me at the tip, so I don't push the scissors further to find a spot to cut. I love these little scissors for loosing threads.

Sharp, feels good in the hand and is well made

I just love them. They are small, very sharp and cut the thread without failing. They are comfortable and fit perfectly in my fancy hands. I have found that on some smaller scissors the holes in the handles are often too big or too small for my liking. They are perfect for me so I bought several pairs. I also like that they are easy to sharpen with a regular scissor sharpener. The pink color also makes them easier to find if I lose them. These are expensive dollar store shears. I cut tons of…

Sharp, strong and durable. Love it!

I love these scissors! I keep the first pair I buy in my linen closet. I'm surprised at how many times I reach for them, whether it's cutting the string off a towel or clothing, cutting that horrible protective film off new toiletries, thick plastic wrap that used up about 10 packs of tissue paper and toilet paper, price tags from new Dress. . , scratching labels on the back of a shirt, not poke a hole in my shirt, trimming my bangs, etc. Although I have a regular sized pair of scissors in the…

Works best on fine fabrics, medium and above

So these are great little scissors. And they are very sharp. Surname. The "nano tip" is really very sharp but doesn't have much cutting power at the tip. Crafters should be aware that while they're great for small cuts, they don't have enough edges or anything to use those tiny endpoints for trimming with the precision they imply. Maybe I used the wrong fabric with them, or maybe I need to sharpen mine, but I've had them for a long time and while I like them for my projects that require the…

Three problems greatly distract from the rest. PERFECTION!

I used to be able to buy "regular" Singer nano-tipped scissors at my local grocery store for about half the price of these. I only see the difference in the plastic handles. When I tested the blades, they turned out to be made of stainless steel of the same gauge. The cutting ends are identical as far as I can tell, making plastic pins very expensive, but with little difference. The biggest issue, aside from cost, is their durability. They appear to be quite strong, but quickly become dull. I…
