What an adorable and fun little gnome this is! The sound quality is really good and the voice matches the little guy. My family thinks he's great!After putting in 3 AA batteries, you just flip the switch and either tap his back or lightly hit his feet again the surface he stands on, and off he goes! We got this for a Christmas decoration and once we showed it to our grandson it became his favorite play thing. He dances and sings along with it. Wish it had a volume control but other than that it is a hit. Seems very well made. Cute and lovable!

I have to say that I was so excited when I came across this gnome that would sing and dance. Then whenever I received him I was disappointed because he did neither. The only thing that mine did was ask me a question in a song like voice. "How about a song to get you in the holiday spirit?"

I'm not really a fan of gnomes but I got this to be given as a prize for our Christmas party and when it arrived I took it out to see if it worked and he was so cute I decided to keep him for myself. It is well made and works the same on hardwood or carpet. I would recommend.
