I'm able use this application while working within my organization as well as being used by other organizations that need reporting tools but lack knowledge about using them or having an IT department dedicated towards it's usage/maintenance etc.. I like that this tool allows me as an analytical user who does not have any technical skills or expertise whatsoever can use it without needing training from another person (such software would be very expensive otherwise). The ease with which you can access historical information from your database has been very helpful when trying to understand how our customers have changed over time as well as what they've done since we last spoke/worked together. While I do not dislike this feature it does take some getting used too but once familiarized it's quite nice. My biggest wish was that SISU would expand its support for non-R-based systems like Python or Java. And also make it compatible with other vendors' products. It's great when you can use the same tool across all your applications within an organization. The tool is very intuitive, and I have seen it handle even large datasets without breaking a sweat. There's a lot of value to be had by using a single tool instead of multiple tools from different vendors. We were solving two problems at once…
