Good value pricing model; good experience using product

-Easy to use dashboard and clear report structure.-Good reporting options.-Integration with Google Analytics and other 3rd party tools and platforms (Dynamics 365)-Great customer service & quick turnaround time when requests are received from clients.-Limited functionality for non-native English speakers who don't work in business or marketing roles but need help with analytics needs. Would be great if we could have more dedicated support available, rather than relying on our account manager…

  • especially considering how much money businesses put into these reports now compared prior years' budgets

Easy-to Use, User Friendly Agency Management Platform

The platform is easy to use as it has all features that you need from an agency management system (AMS). It also allows seamless integration with other 3rd party systems such like Salesforce or Slack etc., which makes our life easier than ever before! There are several minor UI issues here & there but nothing major at this point of time when compared against its overall functionality and easeofuse/usability factor - I guess we should be grateful :) We have implemented SITELOGIC AMS since last…

Great platform and super helpful support staff

The ability to manage all of our campaigns from one place was very useful when we were managing many different accounts at once with varying budgets & goals across those clients! It's been awhile since I've used their product but there are no significant issues that come up as far as customer service or features go - so it is hard not like anything about them now!! We love using Sitemagic because its made running multiple sites much easier than having each client log into separate systems…

  • Gets shit done - takes time to understand what's going on and how you're doing
Cons
  • It takes a long time to build trust and confidence in someone who hasn't been around for a while
  • Can be hard to make sure she's not just "trolling" or trying to scam you
  • You don't always know what you'll get until you ask for it
