Easy to use. Nothing complicated. Effective in posture correction. Good for posture, but also appears to have helped relieve sciatic nerve pain. The part of the "belt” above the navel took a little getting used to. I thought it was more of a back brace. I've tried another lower back brace product but it didn't help me as much as this one. I would recommend this product.

Very strong velcro and easy to use. I tried it for 5 days and it helped me with my back pain and shoulder problems. In order not to wash it every day I put it on over a compression shirt, it is very useful for the back and shoulders as it helps with posture. The shoulder straps are comfortable and can be adjusted accordingly. A good article for back and posture problems.

I hope you have been able to read this and understand that this is not something that relieves pain. In fact, you can adjust the straps until you feel comfortable. After this corrector, I feel my shoulders straighten, my spine straighten. When you bend forward, its elastic parts can pull back on my shoulders in a way, so the corrector offers a little more support to my lower back, since it's made of metal, which somehow softens to be comfortable and tight against me spine.

I only wore this posture corrector for about 10 minutes but I was shocked when I saw myself in the mirror. This is how I should stand. I ordered the largest size "P4", but it doesn't fit me well. It may be small for a tall person, but it is comfortable. I haven't tried the other versions but they did a good job on this one, the straps are breathable and have padding right where you need it. I saw that the L size is for people with a 28-32 inch waist and I thought it made sense because it's clearly made by a Chinese company (any wearable made in China tends to be small).
