Big and Bulky!: Die-Cuts

This product/package is SO heavy, bulky and uncomfortably long, and the actual die-cut size is as small as the palm of my hand. It's great, but it's not easy to find a place to store it as it doesn't fit in any folders or file/organization storage boxes. It's also very heavy, so I found it cumbersome to use. I resold it a year later for a fraction of the cost.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Nothing

Make small books a breeze with this quality punch

This steel ruler punch makes it easy to create books from heavy materials. Not all dies can work with heavy chipboard or matte card stock, but this die was specifically designed to do the job. This means my book covers are strong. While the instructions that come with the crystal aren't stellar, a quick YouTube search for the stamp will uncover a wealth of tutorials, some created by designer Eileen Hull herself. They are actually quite easy to assemble. I use them to create passport-sized…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Easy care

Interesting for punching

This steel punch is very useful for making small magazines. The only thing I probably don't like is that the notches on the back are nice and deep, but that makes me doubt how secure the back will be (maybe it's just the material I used, it was chipboard) . When I folded the spine along the cutting lines, the inside of the chipboard was visible and it looked rough and "torn"). But I've already made two magazines with the cube and it's fun to use.

Pros
  • Scrapbooking and punching
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Small magazines are great!

I became totally addicted to journaling after taking Eileen Hull's class at the last Scrapbook Expo. This is a great page, it easily cuts matte cardboard, thick cardboard, etc. You may think you only need a journal, but they make a great gift, you can make small memory books for specific events or trips, etc. I see I make a lot of these (actually I already have!). This stamp also cuts out the insides, making it really versatile. I have made magazines out of watercolor, bristol and kraft paper.

Pros
  • Die-cut & Emboss
Cons
  • Dear

A charming gift! Best in Scrapbooking & Embossing

I love this passport book. I made one and it turned out beautiful. I've cut out many of these and work on them when I'm not doing other multimedia projects. You have to make your own inserts (signatures) that you sew into the back. It's very easy and if you don't like sewing you can use elastic laces to hold your signatures. I think it's a great gift. This will take some time as you will need to cut out your signatures and you will need 3 signatures (8 sheets of paper in each signature). I…
