very annoying when i receive skechers shoes i have a very bad impression as it is a reputable and world recognized company, one of the shoes was defective, the right shoe does not work and will not charge so i ask for my money back or reposition it one described above I await your prompt reply. I have sent many emails and none have been answered.

Very cute shoes but my son can't wear them. The button for turning on the light is inconveniently located inside, and after half an hour there is pain. So sad.
