    Order one size larger. at Athletic

    Very nice and great underfoot. I only gave them three stars because I ordered 3 pairs of sketchers in different styles in all sizes 8.5. These shoes were narrow and my toes could barely fit in them. At first I thought they sent me the wrong size. After checking my box and shoes myself, found they sent what I asked for, for £8.5. I thought if I put shoes on they would stretch but that didn't happen. Too bad I sent them back immediately so as not to lose my money. I would order 9.

    Sketchers 5 only ok

    I loved my Sketchers 4! They were very comfortable and held up well and I have worn them on trips to Nepal, USA and England. I was expecting even more grandeur from the updated Sketchers 5 model. However, they are tighter, don't feel very breathable, sweat when worn, and generally aren't as good as the Sketchers 4 model. I think they tried to simplify the Sketchers 5 to make it more fashionable, but downgraded in the process but the fit, walking comfort and breathability of the shoe.

    I love these shoes but they are loose in the middle

    I really like the comfort of these shoes. I wear a size 9 but my foot floats in the middle. I couldn't get another size because the length is exactly what it should be, it's just wider than I expected and I didn't order a size up. They are very comfortable so if you don't have a narrow foot (I never buy shoes in small sizes and have never had this problem) then they might fit you. Loose shoes are not a problem for me as I wear them more like indoor shoes or slippers.
