They looked good when they arrived but quickly found they lacked the support described when worn to work. Now after a month of light use (only working 20 hours a week) both shoes have holes everywhere and the return window is closed, no guarantee either. It seems that the quality of things for the American market, unfortunately, has become history. These manufacturers charge for a good product when in fact it is a multi-purpose product. Grrr. So this is a very niche and minor complaint but it got me so frustrated. They are not at all suitable for long nails. Even though I'm a server, I keep my nails LONG. Ridiculously long, for example (for most, not for me, of course). I've tried just slipping my feet into these shoes a couple of times, but you absolutely have to hold the back tongue of the shoe when they're properly broken in and flexed, or the tongue will just get stuck under your foot.
