Extensions work as expected. My 5 year old has to use a wide grip with no extension because he pushes VERY hard and pops out all the time. I don't have any problems even if I play a lot. In any case, the goal was a large, non-slip stick surface, and they achieved that.

A little tricky to attach analog sticks. It took me several attempts to center and properly adjust them. My favorite of the three, the medium-thick cap with a concave thumb surface, doesn't work on a real joystick because it places the analog stick uncomfortably close to the ABXY buttons. .Overall I haven't noticed any improvement in my gaming performance, just a slightly more comfortable grip. Is it worth your money? If you have big hands and use handheld or joy-minus a lot, maybe.

Personally I think the Joy-Cons work great for what they are, but this is a huge improvement. The only pair I was interested in was the "FPS Master" as it is the tallest hold of the three pairs.
