That's all that is in the insert. This is a grass carpet. We don't have any eggs from him yet, but I'm sure he'll be strong enough.

Works well. I don't have to scrub the yard anymore! Stays in place pretty well when hitting the ball. The durability seems great.

Bought this golf mat for my husband and he likes to use it in the basement. According to him, improving his clapping skills is very useful.

This is a good mat, but after 3 hits the mat started to tear at the bottom. Soon it will be two separate pieces, which is probably a good thing, but just annoying to buy something only to have it fall apart so quickly.

It either came broken or it was made of cheap material but anyway after a few shots (maybe 10 shots) I found that the 2 pieces don't stick together friend. When I turned it over, I saw that the rubber on the back was torn. I don't recommend it to anyone, the rubber underneath is cheap and won't take a beating. The rough grass tears a little, but I can't tell how long the rough grass will last. I don't think it will last long as it will tear a bit after a few shots.
