My kid still wears them. The backlight works great. The only disappointment is that the liner fell out within a week from just normal, not crazy, wear and tear. So far, my child has not complained of any discomfort even without padding.

Very disappointed in these shoes. After about two weeks of wearing, they started falling apart. The tongue on the back heel is torn (see photo), the lining has come out on both boots, now the sole has separated from the boot in the toe area. I tried to contact the seller but of course it took a little over thirty days. Should have looked at the other reviews.

My son really liked these shoes...the backlight worked well but the inner lining of the sole started to peel off in layers within a few weeks. He can no longer wear them because all the padding has come loose from the inside. I was shocked at how quickly they fell apart. I would choose a higher quality for the same price. Sad.

These shoes wore out within a week. I never washed them and wore them to school. The sock fell apart and is generally of poor quality.

These shoes made my grandson so happy! He wanted to wear them with his pajamas! The price is right for the first pair of lighted shoes!

My son is obsessed! He was so sad that he didn't have shiny toes like his older sister, but then we found these. They are very light (more than most other Light Up shoes for boys). I worked wholeheartedly recommend!

The shoes look good and fit well. But I am so disappointed that the right shoe does NOT light up! It was necessary to return them, but who wants to bother! You'd think they would inspect every shoe as it's made!

My son loves these shoes and so did I when they came out. But after two months of wearing them to school, they are already badly worn, especially in the toe area. Just not great for everyday use. But they are easy to attach and still glow.
