The product is good but there is a manufacturing defect on the case. I would be happy if Skywin would just replace the bag. Otherwise I have to send everything back.

Love it! It's a revolutionary way to prepare delicious hot food without using the microwave! Heats up quickly and evenly. My only problem is that I would like the black bag itself to be of better quality, it already seems to be bursting at the seams around the zipper, it came that way. Apart from this great purchase!

My boss doesn't allow microwaves in the office so I needed something to reheat leftovers. I've used it 3 times now and my food overheats from the fridge in 30-40 minutes. I just keep the stove in my drawer and so far have only used the metal container that came with it. Best $30 I've ever spent.

I ordered this after being used by a colleague. I love it. Raw vegetables cook perfectly. Meat and seafood won't dry out or become rubbery. This one comes with a container. But I use small pyrex bowls and put them in. They work like magic. When I get to work in the morning, I switch on my bag and it gets hot by noon. I'll never have to wait by the microwave again! And if you buy one, you won't either.

Ideal for long country trips. I've used several Pyrex containers and those lids can spill dirty garlic shrimp oil all over the place, but it cleans great. Need airtight containers or make sure it's on a safe, level surface, which wasn't possible in a car full of fat and crazy drivers. I stopped buying sealable airtight containers after day 3. Picnic at Niagara Falls with hot food was great. Take him back to Montana with you.

I bought this because I only had a microwave in the office to heat up food and there was no room for a stove or anything like that. Eat to satisfy any appetite I guess. I replaced the metal container with a pyrex container, I don't like reheating food in metal. It's very fast. Right now everything I put in it lasts about 45, anything above that is too hot for me.
