A useful tool that helped increase conversions

Sleekflow is a very helpful platform to get more sales and engage more customers. I am able to manage my entire customer journey right from the dashboard. I can also track my performance and get insights from the reports section. I can also schedule my messages and campaigns which is very helpful for me. I have been able to reach to more customers and get more sales. I have also made some more revenue. I am also able to keep in touch with my customers. I can also send messages to them from the

  • Great support when it comes down troubleshooting issues while using this tool; they are ready at your service 24/7 whenever you need help!

  • There was no way we could integrate our SMS software directly into SF
  • No integration options available

Easy and helpful tool that helps automate messages

I love how easy it was for me as a non developer or computer expert to create my own chatbot using the API. It has helped us save time by creating our own solution instead of relying solely on third party software/platforms. Sometimes when we have questions about products, there are so many different responses from other users. This allows us to see what others think about our product without having to ask them directly. I love how easy it was for our team of 6 people (including myself) to get up & running quickly - we were able to launch within 3 days from when we signed off on design docs. The product has been great so far! So many features are available out of box which makes this solution very flexible but also means there's quite some complexity as well. It would be nice if they could provide more training or better documentation around their products. Our business model requires us to have multiple touch
