I want to return this item

I am not happy with this item but I don't see any return options but when I bought this item it said it can be returned. How can I return this item?

Speeds up grinding

This speeds up grinding. I still think I prefer the food processor for ease of use, but it works when the food processor is "in use". I've used it a few times and it works well, just a few extra steps to assemble and disassemble while the food processor assembles faster.

Cons
  • Nothing here

Easy to clean. Just rinse and throw in the dishwasher. Many years ago I had a vegetable cutter. It basically worked the same way; It just worked independently instead of being connected to a Kitchen-Aid mixer. The lettuce shooter died of old age many years ago. He was sorely missed despite having an excellent food processor. This is a useful substitute. Love it.

Effortless cheese grating!

I just bought this kitchen blender grater. I bought it specifically for grating blocks of hard cheese, romano, parmesan. I cannot describe how easily and quickly this accessory made it possible to grate these cheeses. I have an old hand grater that is effective but very labor intensive. Hard cheese grates very quickly with this little device. One caveat: the smallest grate finely crumbles the cheese rather than turning it into small grains since you're buying in a box already grated. I…

Fuzzy Blades Won't Cut

This mincer/mincer, like all others, including the KitchAid itself, isn't sharp enough to really chop tough veggies like potatoes and carrots. Disturbing, if at all. Potato peel gets stuck between blade and body. Celery is removed, jam from the first pass. Frozen cheese, maybe yes, but that's the only one. In order for it to work at all you have to press so hard to push the potato (for example) against the spinning blade that the blender needs help to avoid tipping over and I'm worried about…

works well; Look for durability

We have a 6.5 liter KitchenAid Stand Mixer and gave this a try as cleaning our regular stand mixer is very detailed and time consuming, especially for small jobs. I've tried chopping the chopper twice, both times with a coarse knife. Once for the cheddar cheese and once for the fries for the pancakes. The shredder did both well. My biggest concern is durability. Like all attachments, it extends beyond the front of the KitchenAid and there's no support against the downward pressure you need to…
