I like that it's easy enough for new users (including me) but has advanced features as well if you're willing/able/have time & inclination spend some money in order to use them fully! I like that you can easily format your documents using this program! It makes it easier than ever before when creating documentation or tutorials for students who have little knowledge of programming languages such as Java/C++ etc. This is so much more user friendly then other programs out there in terms of formatting!!
