Non-Protective Slip-On Covers Not Worth It

After trying this product, I was left disappointed. While it may be advertised for "sensitive material" it didn`t provide adequate protection and actually caused more harm than good. As an industrial and scientific worker, I need reliable tools that won't cause damage to the materials I'm working with. Unfortunately, THESE slip-on covers fell short. The only pro I could find was that they were easy to put on, but that didn't make up for the cons of inadequate protection and actually causing…

Did the job in slip joint pliers

The lugs were more like soft plastic than rubber and were a little lighter than I expected but they did the job. You will receive 2 pairs. The smaller of the two fits exactly into my normal household tongs. I was then able to use pliers to loosen the locking ring on my polished nickel kitchen sink drinking fountain without leaving any scratches or gouges. I repaired the leak I had when I turned the water on and used rubber tipped pliers to re-tighten the locking ring. My fountain no longer…
