These are my favorite blank media. I record a lot of DVDs and they have never let me down. My third pack is 100. I don't remember any coasters. DO NOT buy this item if you want to rip DVDs. Nothing could be successfully copied with 2 different software copy programs. Instead, I bought a TDK and was able to copy right away using the same application. Return the item through Revain for a full refund. So that's the only reason to give 1 star.

Very rarely burns through stands with one of these. Reading doesn't seem to be a problem. They say CDs and DVDs are obsolete, but I don't think so. Although I'm making bootable USB sticks more and more, I still use a lot of DVDs to create Windows and Linux installation discs, as well as various diagnostic and troubleshooting bootable discs.

I am a loyal customer of two versions of these DVDs. Up to the last three orders I was completely satisfied. To my utter horror and disappointment, the last 3 orders have been totally unacceptable. All my first orders had no defects or problems. I've turned down many, many attempts to copy an E-3 without a long string of numbers. I sent back the last batch. I can't return previous orders because I was sure I bought them in bulk. Save your $.

I've used about 1/3 of the discs so far and haven't had a problem with any of them so far. I can't say the same about the big brands I've used. It would be nice if a spindle was included, but if that means a price increase I can do without, leave price and quality where they are. Although there are no changes, I would recommend this product.

A fairly decent price for 100 discs is because you only get a boxed stack of 100 discs. No plastic pipe holder or spindle. So be careful not to tear off the plastic wrap as it is the only support a stack of discs has ever had. If you're lucky, you can stack unused discs in an empty disc tray if you keep it empty. I've been using these DVDs to record TV programs for about two years, but the quality is getting worse with each order. This problem occurs most often at the end of the tape. I decided to order these as other writable DVDs were much more expensive for half a blank DVD. I think it's a great value! I have already tested one of these on my VHS/DVD recorder and it worked great and the quality was like a well known brand! The only thing I would notice is that it's not actually on the spindle. These discs play perfectly in a standalone DVD burner for both audio and video playback. Playback was also fine on any DVD player or computer used. It's priced a little lower than most because the discs aren't labeled and the stacks don't include a storage spindle. This isn't a problem if you have other ways of organizing empty or full drives.
