It was easy to use. After 1 use, my dishwasher was cleaner and smelled a little better. We had a sewer smell problem. At first I thought it helped, but the smell returned the next day. Maybe I have to use it more than once?

So I've used other products in the past and wow this is unlike anything I've tried. I think that's because you put it in early in the day and let it sit, then let it run and let it sit overnight. I think I almost burned my hand because this product delivers what it promises to clean the dishwasher. I can't say how well the garbage chute works. But my washing machine is clean even with the front loader.
