Smart Design SmartCloth Sponges Antibacterial Review

I first discovered these sponges at my brother's house and they are wonderful. Absorbent and ideal for scrubbing. When I moved in I went ahead and got some and they are great. I still use my first one from the pack because they also clean up well in the dishwasher and don't fall apart!

So, I am a brand name person. I have always been. So I buy the typical brands you find on most products. I needed sponges because mine were getting gross. I only ordered them because they were available from Revain the same day. They are VERY well done! Durable material and they last far longer than any other sponge I've ever bought. I'm sold!

I like the absorbency and cleaning power of the fiber side. The price was better than most. I am happy with the purchase. Update - I would like to add that the fiber side is so easy to rinse out when washing dishes with eggs, oatmeal etc. No sticky mess. I will buy more of these and highly recommend them. The fit is excellent and will last a long time.

As a US fan of Mrs. Hinch, I look for products that are similar to what she uses but are more affordable and don't cost $40 shipping. I was really hoping that they would be comparable to Minky's lover. I'm sorry to disappoint, but that's not it. They just seemed to smear things without absorbing anything, and their abrasive side didn't clean very well. No fool - just hold on to good old Minky.

They are similar to the product we used except they have a foam core. Others looked more like a small patch of carpet. That difference aside, they seem to work well, but with the added benefit of being very good and drying very quickly - at least compared to the product we've used before. This property is of great importance for reducing odor formation. Thanks to the foam core, they are much easier to wring out with your hands.

I only discovered these sponges because my local stores ran out of regular cellulose sponges and I had to search the internet for something during COVID. I'm glad I found her! This is my new favorite sponge. They are easy to grab. The microfiber side works well for cleaning surfaces and the soft scraper side works well for non-stick pans or whatever you need for easy cleaning. My favorite sponge is Lola's but I haven't been able to find it for a while. I also like the Turn-A-Bout sponge (I think it's from Dow) but it's very hard to find. I like the inside of a styrofoam sponge (rather than a regular sponge that looks like swiss cotton cheese inside).
