Opinions on the Whole:
One day after purchasing, the screen developed a large crack from which further, smaller cracks sprang. I tried returning it to the store where I bought it (Amazon), but they flat-out refused, and they also wouldn't repair it (although they have an obligation to offer repair in case of refusal in the contract).
Second, I went to TWO authorized service locations, and both of them turned me down, saying that my problem was outside the scope of the warranty. When the watch normally costs $17,490, we have a unique program where we will repair any broken parts for $13,900.
After a month of phone calls and email exchanges, I finally concluded that I had been denied once again.
You should know that if the screen breaks on one of these devices, you will be out a significant sum of money and the likelihood of warranty repair is slim to none if you still want to buy one.
