available This is very pretty and I would give it a 5 but it is not as heavy as I would like and you need both hands to lift the sheet. So if both hands are covered with some kind of cooking substance, you should wash at least one hand before removing the sheet.

I bought this product because I thought it would be strong and durable. First, it comes with an Allen key and I have no idea what it's for. I can't assemble the lever that holds the paper towel in place. One of the screw caps on the base is missing. I sent the packaging back, otherwise I would have returned everything. The instructions make no sense and refer to the paper towel holder as 'they'. This is not a great product and I definitely do NOT recommend it.

There are two things about this product that keep me from fully approving it. First, the arm is not flexible as can be seen from the pictures. When the new roll is turned on it takes two hands to remove the sheet because it is too tight, if it only goes halfway through the roll you need two hands again or the paper has to be rewound. Secondly, the finish requires constant mopping to avoid tornadoes. Otherwise it serves the purpose.

I was just looking at some of these reviews and couldn't stop laughing at the fact that people need a video tutorial on how to build. Tool. An Allen key is included which is required to properly align the tension piece BUT the screws are not tightened enough to ensure they are perfectly aligned. Overall, the design idea is great, but the implementation needs some work.

This paper towel holder was a little tricky to assemble but we managed. It feels solid, and the weighted base is heavy enough that you can take off a sheet without all the work flying around the room. It's a great space saver, which is the main reason we chose it. Now I'll correct my review. After posting my review, I assembled the holder and something tiny fell out of nowhere. It was the bolt mentioned by other people. Not sure where he was hidden. it wasn't in a separate bag or anything. but it's there somewhere if it doesn't get lost along the way. Now the hand holds well. This is an updated review. First I gave 2 stars because the post couldn't be screwed back into the base. This was due to user error, not the company's fault. I use this with reusable cloth towels so unscrew the stand to roll up the towels onto the stand and then screw it back on.
