Sturdy all metal construction as described. The white on black is very legible, I tested it on my machine and it was absolutely accurate. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Given the lower price of this tool I wasn't expecting much from it. The quality of the instrument convinced me. The two parts are firmly held together with an Allen screw and the friction is perfect.

When I received my order I noticed the excellent build quality and loved the weight of the aluminum hands. The angle markings are accurate and the hinge holds tight during operation. I would recommend this protractor to anyone involved in construction.

This thing is pretty good. The twist is firm but not raspy, so it doesn't adjust as you go from what you measured to your saw. I'm pretty sure the marks are also laser etched - I've tried and failed to erase them with my fingernails - so that's a plus in my book.

This tool is really great. This makes bevel angles really easy compared to traditional methods. I can measure and start cutting in seconds. Just place it in a corner (the corner needs to be measured), line up the straight edges against the wall, and read the corner. Base your cuts on this to get the perfect miter every time. I have recommended it to my dad and all my friends because it has helped me so much.

A good tool to have in the workshop and well made. Be sure to check the accuracy of your instrument when purchasing one. The tool I received showed, based on inspections of several tools I have at my shop, that it differs by 1 degree, which can make a big difference in distance. UPDATE: After this check, the supplier contacted me and sent me a new tool. so true. They made the transaction very easy and it didn't take long. It's nice to know that good companies have good people.

I always try to keep my expectations low when ordering cheap Chinese tools from Revain. So when I was looking for an angle gauge and bought this, I really wasn't expecting much. But honestly I couldn't be happier with it and it's really nice. It is made of thick aluminum and the laser engraving is very sharp. The gliding action is incredibly smooth and I'm really pleasantly surprised at the quality of this tool, especially for the price.

After about a month of heavy use, I noticed that one of the legs was a bit loose. (I'm guessing my assistant dropped it, but his lips are sealed.) Anyway, I contacted the seller to see if there was a way to tighten it inside. Within 12 hours I was contacted that repair was not possible and asked for my shipping address.
