I ordered and received two bags, but the handle of one is shorter than the other and difficult to pull. I thought all the handles had three tiers, but one of the pockets only has two tiers. My fault for not returning.

This bag, which initially seemed strong and durable, began to deteriorate after just 3 weeks of use. Currently the wheel is bent and the handle used to push and pull the item is cracked. I had two other bags besides this one and they held up better. Would love to return but has expired and now I'm stuck with a broken $90 bag.

I bought the same or a similar product many years ago and have always been unhappy with the wheels. They just weren't enough for the fully loaded suitcase. I had to change the wheels about 2 times a year. I wanted the designer to test their product under the conditions that the user would encounter.
