They are light, comfortable, easy to put on and take off, good design that protects toes, good grip on the floor. I love these first shoes for my granddaughter! Her feet are big for her age, they are plump and like all children they bend their toes the first time they try to put them on. They are very easy to put on your feet because they open up instead of trying to get your poor little foot into a closed boot. Update: My little one hasn't worn another pair since we bought these shoes. No one. I find that they are very light for him and should be very comfortable. What can I say, I will buy another pair.
