This is the perfect size for my grandson who is 3 years old at 29 months. It has three different zippers with long fleece sleeves. I was looking for a car coat that wasn't so bulky that it wouldn't fit in his car seat. Definitely not a winter coat, but if it's already warm in the car, you can carry it into the car from home.

I bought this for my two and a half year old son who is a size 3T, he usually wears a 2T. The arms are very tight and difficult to put on any layers underneath. The zipper keeps flickering which is a bit frustrating. I bought it to replace his Columbia fleece and there is a definite difference between the two. I would say the brand name is worth an extra $8 in this case. I do like that it has a hood though.
