Well for starters I live in Ohio so it's not a winter coat but more of a spring jacket. My sin is 10 years old and the structure of an average 10 year old is a bit more muscular so I decided to order a size 14/16 so he can grow into it, well I had to order a size up because 14/16 runs small and fits like 12/14 so he will only wear them until the end of spring, i don't think he will be able to wear them next fall either. The jacket arrived with the main zip pull bent and broken off. The day before the big trip I put the zipper handle back on only to find that the real zipper broke too (zips work but won't open). Most likely someone bought the jacket before me, found the zipper was broken, tried to hack it, broke the handle, and then returned it.
