The bristles are thick and look like rubber which causes them to twirl and tangle in the carpet or carpets. Works well on hard surfaces but gets tangled in carpet.

I will say they are not original and do not "click" but seem to work fine as long as your vacuum doesn't snag on anything (All the bristles come out when that happens! ). But they work well, I'll probably buy them again.

None of the eight side brushes physically fit my Eufy C15 Max RoboVacuum robot, despite their advertisement listing my model as suitable for this supplier's product. Just cheap useless copies. Don't waste money!

I live in a humid climate, so even with the air conditioner on my little vacuum tends to pick up enough moisture when the side brushes turn into a mass of concrete every month. Decent value, keep the little fella happy and do your job to make sure all is well.

Expected to be the perfect replacement for the Eufy robot vacuum cleaner. Arrived and delivered fairly quickly and even has an extra fixture to lift the old side brush out of place. Overall very happy with this product which is value for money.

I bought both this and the original Eufy brush and stuck one of each on my 30CMax. Sofoxi fell heavily while vacuuming. The mustache is not so thick and there are fewer of them. And he somehow managed to get a fibrous material (like thread/yarn/thread) onto the part it's attached to. Overall more PITA.

About once a week I have to completely detangle these brushes for my Eufy. Most of the time the bristles will go back to their normal shape, but sometimes they are completely destroyed, getting caught in hair and the like and can't be restored. They are a good replacement, they look just like the original vacuums that came with my original vacuum and fit well. Best of all, they're very cheap, albeit not cheaply made, and they seem to have about the same durability. Hooray!
