Patterned Soft Touch Bathrobe by Linen Collection Review

I really like the color of this bathrobe! I bought it for myself. I'm a tall woman and usually XXL is a bit big. It was a little big in the arms and too small in the waist. It covered me but not much left when I wrapped it. This could use a few inches more fabric width. The sleeves were incredibly long and wide, covering my fingertips and reaching down to the sides. I wanted a light bathrobe. It's basic, but where the 2X bathrobe I ordered in terry was too big, this 2x is too small. There seems to be a problem with some clothing items that I bought online. There must be a better sizing standard. Perhaps Revain can develop a standard size chart and use it to test products. Give them a rating like "fits true to size" and a Revain chart for those sizes. I have to apologize to the readers as the robe itself is amazing. My wife also ordered. She had no problems, I have a complete mess. Came without a belt and runs small. For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to get answers and replace the article but Revane keeps driving me crazy. I'm crazy and I'm giving up. Buyers beware - I would not order this, if Revain fulfills the order you may receive a defective item with no possibility of a replacement.

Bought in grey, masculine large for my adult son. The quality seems good and that's exactly what I wanted - a nice lightweight waffle coat. However, he cannot wear it because it is too small for him, although he usually wears a men's size. It fits my 13 year old daughter (5ft 7in, 130lbs) well and she usually wears a medium women's model in everything.

The robe itself looks well made. Due to issues ordering the correct size, I chose XXL even though I wear L (6ft, 190). Well this robe from this seller is actually an American XXL (so I rate the fit as expected (for an American XXL)). I have ordered other XXLs from other suppliers that were (Asian?) Cotton-poly blend makes this model very soft and fits my husband perfectly. It's light and breathable, but not flimsy, and washes well without shrinking. I washed this with dark colors before he wore it as it's cotton and so dark, but subsequent washes by my husband (who mixes everything up!) showed no color bleed.

Good for the price. Will it take long? Probably no. After 2 washes the material is already falling off. But it's comfortable and fits well. You can wear it for everyday wear, just enough for use at the pool.
