The most important thing I like about this software is that it has all of my keywords in one place, so if we want to do any changes or add new ones they are done within seconds instead of having to search through different places trying to find them. It can be confusing at first but once you figure out how to use it it will get easier. I like how easy it is to implement new keywords, so that you can see what your competitors are bidding against them in addition to their own bids. It was difficult at first but once we got over our initial learning curve of this program there really wasn't anything bad about using its capabilities other then perhaps some minor UI changes would be helpful.
