The support is excellent, they are open to anything you need help with from configuration of your server up until ongoing maintenance or upgrades that may be needed in future years (which I've never had an issue). I like that they have good customer service, very friendly staff who are always willing to help you out with any issue or problem regarding your server! They also offer great support for their customers which is awesome too because sometimes it can be hard when dealing directly w/o an agent involved in troubleshooting issues etc..
