My daughter loves this jacket. She's 4ft 11in, about 87lbs, so I bought a size 13-14Y. The arms were a bit long but I could still see her fingers. The length was a little long, but she prefers larger, tighter pieces. It also has a slightly bell-shaped hem when the jacket is zipped up. Very fashionable design with comfortable cotton lining.
